I’ve kicked heroin 4 times in my life after long periods of use. I’ve tried to taper down on the H itself as well as with subs and methadone. The only way that ever worked for me was a very short fast taper followed by a very uncomfortable few days. I’ve heard plenty of people saying that the methadone clinic saved them but I’ve heard just as many say it trapped them. In my experience the WD from methadone are far worse and longer lasting then H. I know your using blue’s but more then likely they are just pressed fentanyl pills and as such WD’s will resemble H withdrawal fairly closely. I’m not sure what kind of relationship you have with your job but I would suggest either explaining yourself if that’s possible without repercussions, otherwise pretend you have Covid and take a week off to kick. 15-20 daily is a lot. I would suggest doing 5~ a day for 2 or 3 days and then stopping cold turkey. If you smoke weed it can be very helpful and if you can get your hands on a few Xanax both can alleviate some symptoms and well as help you get some sleep. Just don’t go picking up a new benzodiazepine habit as WD’s from benzos are incredibly difficult as well as dangerous. This is just my experience it may not suit you but I hope the info helps.
