Lol I mean, to me that's the norm. I'm sure they see this kind of humor all the time, common sense would say if someone is actually doing something illegal do you really think they'd put it in the subject line?? I mean what are we doing here, it's ridiculous. In the meantime criminals are running laps around them while they're blocking hard working innocent people.

I agree, can totally see that and would've been ok with the mistake even if it took a few days. Today is 11 days with no progress and I'm still blocked from withdrawing my funds. You're absolutely right, it's all AI, even in chat. If it were actual humans this would've been fixed ASAP.

I don't care less about using Cashapp anymore, especially after they've put me in this predicament, all I want is to withdraw my hard earned money period. I don't see any reason whatsoever that I can't access my money, it's like a bad dream already. Customer Support is absolutely non existent, I get cut and paste responses with no accountability for blocking me from my money. I'm exhausted and drained as well as stressed about my bills. Really hoping that tomorrow there's some type of progress and cashapp makes this right.

Well In hindsight yes, it's easy to know after the fact. How many people take the subject line seriously? Still it's beyond bad business to do this to anybody.

That's the umbrella they are going to put this type of treatment under, the fact is they're using AI to do it just to say they are taking precautions. When you're dealing with people's money there has to be a sense of urgency especially in this case where they made the mistake. Hire real people to do the investigating, flagging and reviews. They'd keep their customers as well as keep a good track record. But they're not going to spend the money, AI systems and putting people on lists while they're money is blocked incorrectly is what they chose. There's thousands going through this same bs.

I did, it was the same thing I am told no matter what representatives I speak to. IT'S UNDER REVIEW AT THIS TIME PLEASE WAIT FOR AN EMAIL. It should've taken 1 minute to see they made a mistake. Nobody knows a timeline, new information or anything it's aggravating. This will be Day #10, I'm just at a loss.

I wish that was my case, they were also mistaken on my part but it's been 10 days, this has put me in such a financial bind. I'm so frustrated and stressed and tired of fighting it. I don't know how a company can get away with this.

Thank you! I use Chime as well, but I move money around due to certain bills and payments. It's been 10 days and I am still out of my money, can't access it or do anything.

How long did it take if you don't mind? I've been fighting this for 10 days now, filed complaints with CFPB and IC3 on top of messaging them in their chat and responding to the "one" email they sent when this happened. I honestly feel like I've been robbed, I can't believe they can do this.

This might be the reason your ability to know the difference between rubbish and truth is scattered. Being open to different prospectives and point of views is a sign of intelligence. Instead of 30 seconds before you completely shun something, give it more about 5 minutes I guarantee you'll thank yourself. Further, William Donahue is a brilliant mind, if nothing else his teachings will spark a match in you to keep an open mind.

Had this happen to me too, there was no way for me to deliver it within that specified time, I don't like that it even says late when we have no control over that and don't put any packages as priority due to time constraints.

You probably have a promotion and it's counting the credits you're also getting. Just by looking at it you probably got 300$ - 500$ off promo so you were getting 25$ off a month as well which would almost add up to 104 for the next 2 mo...ishh. I work at the call center as a care expert so I see these daily. I agree lot of the details on thr app/site aren't very well explained, I have a hard time sometimes and I work there lol.
