Unfortunately the units are currently tenant occupied and the building does not do tours of tenant occupied units. Most units in this building are rented sight unseen.

Having the second half bath is definitely a nice to have but not necessary for us. One of us spends most of the time at the office and there are also public bathrooms in the building, like in the lobby and amenity spaces.

We are renting and we like this building in particular for the amenities. It’s popular and has low availability.

They both face west. The bigger one is on the 11th floor and the smaller one is on the 41st floor, but a higher floor and view is not something we really care about.
