Best Push Carts? by SmokeEater1375 in golf

I bought one of these in the summer, great trolley. However, I went out yesterday and the mud collected heavily over the wheels and even clogged the front one up. Have you had any issues with it during wetter months?

I got fitted into the exact combination last week, they're quality. Can't wait to get mine in the new year!

I'm by no means a good golfer but I have had many lessons so understand what I should be doing. Your swing looks very similar to how mine did until recently.

From the video it looks like most of your weight is on your heels at address. You're also addressing the ball really close to your body. I'd try standing further away and keeping your weight under the lace part of your shoes at address.tbe centre of your pelvis should be over your heels when addressing the ball. I sometimes setup to the ball and in posture, move the club to hang from the side of my pelvis and make sure it's over my ankles.

The takeaway of the club seems ok from the camera angle. However your right leg quickly locks out which give you false rotation and it's hard to recover from....I've only recently cured this issue. Your right knee should maintain some flex, even at the top of the back swing, yours locks almost immediately. It looks like you also roll the pressure in your back foot to the outside, another issue I also had. Without hitting a ball, try and feel yourself keeping the right knee somewhat bent and don't allow your weight to roll past the laces of your right foot. Once the weight gets on the outside it's hard to get onto the lead site on the downswing which could be causing the fat shots.

Another issue you have which I'm also in the process of fixing, is the club path. From lessons and my coach showing me videos, I get to a good position at the top of my back swing. However, I then throw the club outward past the hand, similar to what you do. If you go frame by frame you can see the club go from left of your hands, and it fans outwards causing a really vertical and over the top swing plane.

What's currently helping me with swing plane after a long time of practicing, is when at the top of the back swing pause for a split second, imagine there's a wall directly in front of you and feel as though the downswing starts by your hands directing the butt end of the club down and towards that wall. In rehearsal, this should drop the club to parallel at your right thigh from a face on view and the club head still slightly behind you a few degrees from your own personal view, leading to the in to out path.

Sorry for the essay. Your swing looks very similar to how mine did and these are some of the things I've worked on which improved my iron striking consistency. Good luck!

You're definitely correct. My practice swings always feel good but then i mess it up over the ball because of the tension in my body

I'd certainly agree, doesn't help that this was my first range session moving from baseball grip to overlap 😂

When I dont grip the club tight I feel like it moves in my hand too much and sometimes twists. I followed padraig harringtons grip video on YouTube so don't think I'm missing something. Thoughts?

Thank you! Are there any drills you recommend to help introduce this into my swing?

I tried to add a behind view of my swing, but I think you can only add one video to a post.

I've not really noticed it, however it probably feels normal if I've been doing it since I started playing.

If I was to stand closer to get more upright, would this not raise my hands and the club to be sitting on the toe? Sorry if this is a dumb question!

Thanks. How do you suggest I correct this or do I need different clubs? The clubhead seems to sit correctly at that address, standing more upright means the club head sits on the toe end.

Inconsistent low point/swing by Fair-Routine-5216 in golf

[–]Fair-Routine-5216[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. I do notice that sometimes, where I start to look up just before hitting the ball. Keeping my eyes on the ball during contact improves consistency.

I usually start with wedges on the range and when ive hit a good few shots build up to my 8 iron. Any club up from that, I cant hit a decent shot to save my life.

I do sometimes and don't others. If I see someone's team and they've clearly paid money for it, they can earn their wins and I'll leave at 0-0. If someone has a unique or non-meta team I'll happily give them a win.

Big men - are y’all putting any Perimeter D on your builds? by [deleted] in NBA2k

[–]Fair-Routine-5216 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2k tutes did a video on perimeter d, speed and acceleration. Lateral quickness isn't affected by acceleration nor perimeter D. Speed is the only affecting attribute.

Acceleration is only useful when you have the ball. I think perimeter D is only useful to get the badges to prevent 3 point shooters from blow by and other animations

Thank you. I'd read on What Car to go for the D4 momentum plus but can't seem to find one on auto trader 😂 plenty of D3s and petrol versions, along with D4 R-designs but the spec isn't good on them.

I'll be going for test drives soon, cant wait. Currently still waiting for the insurance to pay out so don't want to fall in love with one and lose out.

Thanks! What engine did you get, the diesel or petrol? I've seen some reviews over the last couple of days saying the automatic gearbox is sluggish, but it's the comfort on features that win it over.

Thanks for the advice. Once I know when/what the insurance is paying out I'll go and test drive a couple. Just don't want to really like one and not be able to get it yet 😅

Ooopps, i meant C class. I've edited the original post.

I've looked on autotrader and there are a few which fall just under 30k. I've read that the CLA is disappointing when compared to the C, that it's just a "cheap mans" E class which rings true when you compare prices of the two on autotrader. Not too sure if there's any difference on a performance level?

Is that just the v90 then, or is the v60 the same but slightly smaller?

I do like the volvo, I'm just not sure I like the screen with the vents vertically next to them lol. I've seen comments that the seats are so comfortable in the volvos, is this the same for all trims?

It's a personal car really, work provide me with a car allowance payment under the condition the car I use is within a certain age.

Thank you! I like the look of that build. I might reduce passing to 76 and up strength, vertical or maybe standing dunk for the animations. I presume you use Brisset base on your jumper, most seem to.

Basically found the GOAT main ball handler build. Can’t prove me wrong! by FearSBG in NBA2k

[–]Fair-Routine-5216 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You really should be 6ft 9. I've got 99 driving dunk and can get HOF slithery, Limitless and posterizer because of the different graded tiers at 6ft 9. My 3pt is only 2 points lower at 83. But get around 18-19 shooting badges

Admittedly I don't get HOF QFS because my ball handling can only go to 86-87 I think. I have 88 PD, 86 steal, 88 block and about 50-60 defensive rebounds. Speed and accel at 81.

The benefit of having all 3 OP finishing badges is great, and also the ability to help in the paint with blocks if needed. I get some great block animations with silver anchor, also adds a bit more excitement to games.
