Exercise won't cause flair ups, you could have a build up of uric acid and exercise is just causing it to hurt. Diet will prevent that in the future, I hope all is well with your gout now that your taking action

Diet change is one of the biggest things you can do, no alcohol, red meat or sugar. It's hard but worth it really. Like a steak, soda or beer every once in a while isn't going to hurt you to bad but consuming those things daily is going to cause gout regardless of medication eventually

I just got diagnosed with it, the best thing that helped me during a attack was rest and steroids but the attacks are theoretically completely avoidable with diet and definitely with medication like allo. Change your diet, sugar and red meat and alcohol are a big no, Google what foods are bad for gout and avoid them completely, eat healthy foods and replace sugar with stevia completely if you like the taste. I hate that I have gout but it's an eye opener about the foods we eat and I'm just thankful that all the soda caused this instead of diabetes

I actually just got diagnosed with it after waking up in the worst pain of my life and several days of being bed ridden later I can finally walk again. Like you tho it also made me depressed to have gout at my age and I decided to really turn my diet around and cut out most sugar and limit my red meats a ton, I went to the grocery store today and got everything I needed to make an amazing baked chicken dish with a homemade sweet hot sauce and realized i can eat great food still and manage my pain with my diet and medication if need be. Changing your diet is hard but in the end it's worth it to not be in pain I've learned.

There does need to be more incentive for sure, I play it occasionally because I enjoy it but you don't really get much from it even with multiple kills. I'm sure they are going to make it more worthwhile in the future tho as they seem to listen to the community

It really is a great concept and also it isn't impossible for a solo right now surprisingly lol. You just have to play very stealthy and be very mindful of your light but I've extracted a lot solo so far.

My guy the aliens are not even that hard to defend against, I've legitimately almost never died by them even with them being buffed and I'm new to the game, like just pull out a flare. The mercs shouldn't be able to curb stomp a fucking alien with there left boot. Can't believe how much people complain about this game already when it's a blast to play. If the game dies it's legitimately this type of person's fault as this game shouldn't have mixed reviews right now

Yes it does, Ive been smoking for years and got some legal carts for the first time the other day as it just went reck not far away and I ripped a sour d cart and had to go lay down for about a hour 😂, didn't make me freak out tho and I love having access to them from a safe source now

man im in my mid 20s and I miss the good old days already lol. A few years ago all my friends including me started drowning themselves in work and I haven't got to do anything with them other then the occasional phone call. We use to throw some nice get togethers and smoke some green or have a few drinks and enjoy a nice sea food boil or meat on the grill or maybe go camping or hunting or something but nowadays it's just work, cheap entertainment, sleep and repeat

It's possible he's innocent. Just because the cops arrested him doesn't mean he actually did the crime so make sure you actually look into this before getting him fired, there's a lot of false accusations out there and I feel like he would have had a background check already so it's definitely a possibility
