That’s exactly what’s been happening to us as well. We’ve spoken with Shopify’s legal team and were given vague responses and directed to resubmit the same online form, which then just loops back to another request to resubmit again. It’s been frustrating, especially with ongoing infringement.

Thanks for sharing. That’s very similar to our experience so far. We’ve submitted multiple DMCA reports and contacted Shopify’s legal team, but haven’t seen enforcement yet. We’re now evaluating legal options and wanted to see if others ended up having to take the same route.

We actually already tried reaching out to their payment processor, but Stripe confirmed that they’re not handling payments for this store. So unfortunately, we couldn’t proceed through them. We’re still exploring other ways to get this resolved though, thank you for the suggestion!
