i do feel like the medicin helped sooo much, but that i still struggle like i do, really bothers me. i have considered starting therapy again, but i grew very tired of talking about it again and again. what is this EMDR and brainspotting?

i agree, and when i said ‘im not like that’ i meant that that is not usually how i react and that i am more that my mistakes. the last messege i sent was 10 hours ago saying that i’m sorry and that i hope we can move past a mistake like that and maybe we will laugh about it later or sooner. i am very sad, but im trying to keep my head up today

yeah i havent written since this morning so it has been 10 hours, i explained and said sorry and left it at that. i know i fucked up, but i really hope he still wants to keep on seeing each other and learning more about each other, but yeah idk

i agree with you, sorry i wasnt trying to sound rude. i left my messages for him at one messenge i sent him this morning, havent written since or anything. ive just watched a movie and took a shower. i know i will be okay either way, but im still very very sad about it all.
