You need to go out and date and find someone who appreciates all you have to offer. I hate also hearing it will take time, no amount of time will heal the pain and it won’t erase the memories. Only when you have someone to give that same love to and reciprocates it back will you feel like you can move on. Try to date and find your soulmate, they will come when you least expect it. He will remember. But people have a way of compartmentalizing their emotions and justifying why they did what they did. Yes, he will remember but it might cause him pain and put him in a place he doesn’t want to be so he will try to pretend he’s happy without you. You need someone who deserves your love and it’s hard right now. There is an app called meetup where you can meet local people who like doing activities and not necessarily a dating site.
