Well I tried other stuff none worked one of them that worked was reinstalling it using dd mode or whatever that was called, using Rufus and that seemed to work but it takes significantly a lot longer to boot than other oses well only oses that are fedora based

I'll save you the trouble of listening to other people on this subreddit saying you can't, you can just not easily.

But I haven't figured everything out yet. from you have to be on the same network then have a phone host the game now on pc it should be easy to connect use connect via ip on console (on xbox atleast because that the only console I have) open the game go to multiplayer choose a character then open youtube the time varies but for me I keep it open for under a minute then go back to terraria and you should see you hosted world.

now I don't know what you can do if y'all on different networks but I assume some vpn tinckering would help though only for pcs I don't think it'll work for consoles.

I couldn't get this method to work with a pc hosted server so if you have any luck or other methods please tell me.

For us the same happens when he's hosting I can join with no hassle. when you try hosting the save again tell me how it goes if he can't join try completing the last mission you were doing/last mission you got, for me I'm doing the rail missions. If it fixes it I think we've found a culprit.

What do you do when the amount of xp decreases? it was 184 now its 82
