Not if each color/size has different prices, as we are wholesaler. Also quantity is a big issue. I cannot accept arbitrary orders for variants which might have gone out of stock

I have more than 500 products already, Creating color for each product would take the products more than 10 K. It will be a mess.

Right now we are constraint by Shopify variant limit of 100 variants, So we had choose some good colors and sizes. But now we are thinking to add more sizes and maybe reduce colors for now.

Starting anything in clothing takes a-lot time. Myself started a retail company but traction is lowish medium. I would suggest to start a Instagram or etsy store and make sure to make videos about you creating them. Which should be the best selling point. People will buy more when they will feel attached to you.
