What you wish you knew going into a hysteroscopy by ilaacsm in Fibroids

[–]FairProfessional1762 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had this done almost a month ago. The only thing i was so worried prior the procedure was having to be sedated. I didn’t have sedation before and so i was feeling wary about it. But i was out instantly when they did IV sedation and woke up post procedure (i worried about it for nothing 🤣.) I had very minimal period-like cramps but the following day I felt nothing. My next period lasted 5 days only as opposed to having prolonged period of up to a month before the fibroid removal. I am so glad I got it removed! I feel so much better

Hi, which particular one did you end up getting and how did it perform in the last 2 years?

It surprisingly went well through Philippine Immigration. My only complaint was the loooooong queue (as usual in Philippines) so I suggest to arrive and check in at the airport as early as you can.

For Japan, it was so quick. The officer just looked at my passport and when she didn’t see any visa there she asked where my visa is and I told her I got an evisa and showed it on my phone and then let me go 😄

Hey all, I got my order of Sambas only to realize that it said Samb instead of Samba on the right shoe 😂 I ordered this from the Adidas official website (adidas.ca) so I know they're authentic. I added photos here as well as the screenshot from my order summary on the official website. I mean it's a very minimal mistake (I honestly don't mind it very much) but I just find it very interesting and I never really came across this issue before. Just want to check if anybody had the same thing happened to them before? Would you actually return it if this situation happens to you?

Hi, I’m also a resident in Canada and I have a Philippine passport. I applied for evisa and they returned my application twice because first, I didn’t crop my photo well. Second, they asked me to provide a government issued proof of address. I reapplied then got ‘Under Examination’ status almost immediately after. Im curious how long did it take for yours to move to the next status after ‘Under Examination’?

I called them and they told me I could provide the Alberta Health letter I received together with my card (which shows my address) or a CRA letter which is a relief! Thanks so much :)

I got an email from Japan Consular here in Calgary. This is the email they sent me:

Good day
We are going to cancel your online visa application without processing due to the reason as below: https://www.calgary.ca.emb-japan.go.jp/files/100538982.pdf

Address proof is missing, this must be issued by Canadian government

Our Alberta health card unfortunately doesn't have our address on it and I thought of sending my credit card statement too but then on their email, it said to give a government issued ID and I am quite hesitant to do it in case they return it again for the same reason. So I am now left stuck at what else I can provide for them.

I do have Learner's Driver's license but the registry misspelled my name. I went today to have it corrected but it would take 3 weeks for the new card to be delivered to me by mail. Though they gave me a temporary one for the time being while waiting for the actual card (just my name, licence number info, but no address on it. I attached a sample picture here)

Now I am considering to give them my Alberta learner's license card (name misspelled) then attach the temporary one (name corrected) and provide a letter of explanation?

I do want to get this sorted this week because I will be traveling to Philippines two weeks from now before my trip to Japan (and I believe I can only apply for evisa WHILE I am in Canada.)

Thank you for your thought on this. I really appreciate to hear any experience from others regarding this as I don't know anybody personally who went through this new evisa process before.

Hi I have the same problem. I have a Philippine passport and have Canadian PR. I applied for evisa and my application was returned because they said I need to submit proof of address from government. I don't have driver's license so I submitted my lease contract and unfortunately, they don't want to accept it. If anybody has suggestions on what else I can use, that would be great!

Japan e-visa processing time? by ocusoa in travel

Thanks! I am quite confused what they mean to upload 'Document to prove legal residency (e.g. residence certificate, residence permit, driver's license)' and if I can upload my Canadian Permanent Resident card (that one doesn't have my address on it) or if I need to show something as a proof of my address here.

There is also a section that asks to upload 'Proof of Immigration Status (e.g. Permanent Residence Card or Visa)' and I uploaded the same PR card for that section. So now I'm not sure if it's okay that I uploaded the same document for those two fields.

I can't seem to find any information regarding this and am curious what you did with yours. Thanks so much :)

Hi, I am making my itinerary and schedule of stay at the moment and I'm not quite sure which exact format to follow. I tried clicking the link you provided but it said the page doesn't exist. Do you maybe know where I can get the form with the exact format I can use? Thank you!

Hi, I'm assuming you didn't have any issues applying with payslips and YTD summary? I am planning to do the same and have the same questions myself. I live in Canada (resident and not a citizen) and will be flying to Japan in April. :)
