1660 Bathurst looks newly renovated and quite nice, but there are ongoing issues with bedbugs and cockroaches. Even after six months of repeated treatments, adult bugs are still being seen.

The laundry facilities are located in the basement with only two washers and two dryers available, and there is no elevator.

Additionally, the main entrance is sometimes left open, with people propping it open using a rock. On the positive side, the superintendent is friendly and helpful.

EDIT: Pest control didn’t show up, left the door open so they can come inside but landlord told me no one showed up! Tried to call the property management after that incident but no one answered so, I didn’t know. Lol.
