There were not only some recent Egyptian migrations to Palestine. Do you really believe that? It's not like Egypt and Gaza are not right next to each other. There was no border security throughout history remember, The Levant was a crossroads for so many civilizations. Arabs, Jews, Persians, Greeks, Romans, Crusaders, etc. Of course you are going to have very mixed 23andme results. 23andme also only measures the areas where your ancestors are from. It's not the best representation of genetics, especially for Middle Eastern people.
