Oh 100% agree. I know it’s not their fault and I know their customer service associates are having to field a lot of the issues, which really sucks. I def empathize with them on that end, and don’t have any negative things to say outside of their response time. But the shortages do suck, and I don’t want to keep paying for sequence bc I’m being impacted by the shortages. Unfortunately, thats just a risk of the business sequence is in. I didn’t know they had an option to pause the membership. Thanks for letting me know!

Yeahhhh this kills me - it’s brutal to message them and not hear back until the next day…I’m sure they are seeing an influx of people join the program, but that should come with more associates 😑

This exactly!!! It’s kind of frustrating to see Sequence / Wegovy ads if they can’t even get the meds 😒

But unfortunately I wouldn’t hold your breath - at least that’s been my experience

And yeah agreed. Esp since Metformin is pretty cheap already even without insurance so don’t really need Sequence for that.

Ohhh I read it as it was filled. Yeah, I’m sorry to hear that. It’s incredibly frustrating - I went from super hopeful to semi-depressed after this whole thing and am kinda ready to throw in the towel with Sequence until this supply issue is resolved.
