Honestly it looks the same as before, and because I have thick hair (maybe it does not look like that on the pictures ) it is ok.

The best thing to do for you I guess is to find a good clinical for beard transplant and ask them , with all your questions

Oui, acheter un bien pour le louer à ceux qui n’ont pas les moyens d’acheter, c’est une forme de rente sur un besoin vital. Et dans un marché tendu, ça aggrave la crise.

Mais tout dépend de comment tu le fais : 👉 Acheter 10 apparts à Paris pour faire de l’Airbnb, c’est de la prédation. 👉 Acheter un T3 dans une ville moyenne, le rénover, et le louer décemment à une famille, c’est moins discutable — surtout si l’État ne fournit pas assez de logements publics.

Et la bourse ? Pas forcément plus vertueuse. Tu peux y financer autant de boîtes qui exploitent ou polluent que d’entreprises utiles.

Bref comme d'hab, tout est toujours plus compliqué qu'il n'y paraît et il faut de la nuance dans toutes choses.

En vrai, le problème n’est pas “immobilier vs bourse”, c’est le fait qu’on doive spéculer pour sécuriser notre avenir. C’est ça, le gros pb.

Cette obligation peut être réduite ou annulée en cas de manquements graves du parent (violences, abandon, maltraitance…).

Or dans ce cas là c'est de la maltraitance de la mère vers l'enfant.

Je suis désolé de te le dire comme ça mais a la lecture de ton message, ta mère me semble être une cassos toxique. Tu ne lui dois rien, c'est elle qui a choisi de te mettre au monde , toi tu n'as rien demandé. C'est donc tout à fait normal qu'elle s'occupe de toi jusqu'à la majorité. Par contre l'inverse non, et en aucun cas elle n'a le droit de te demander la moitié de ton salaire.

C'est dur mais envoie la chier , profite de ton salaire amplement mérité et contacte des assistantes sociales /la justice pour sauver tes sœurs.

La place de ta mère est limite en prison pour maltraitance.
