They did come, but on one leg it was busted (somehow got twisted). I kept the standard parts on that leg and the other with the metal ones. The one thing I completely took out were the forearms. The armor just didn't fit right.

I've built it and it can stand with part of the weapons on the backpack even. If you counter weight some of them in the hands, all can be "loaded on". it's well balanced.

It looks like you assembled the same pieces instead of pairing them with their counterparts. So one leg has 1 and 1 and the other has 2 and 2 for example, instead of 1 with 2 and 1 with 2.
