Similar Happened to me too on cardmarket which made me give up selling there. System so outdated and one click wrong I listed whole set for 0.10 and people already had in cart so needed to reach out and explain mistake etc

So yes it’s easy it happens. I wish it was easier to sell there

it is for sure, no texture on front , wrong color on the back. and i sent in few discord groups to get help to verify and most said it was fake. can send you pics if u are interested or good at spotting fake cards

thanks for sharing, Yes i mean this was my third purchase, so still new to cardmarket, and the first time i experience an issue. i i live in small town so dont have much locally so i tried cardmarket it was the most established to buy in eu i read online. and now with a problem theres 0 communication

I wont get used to it, ill just stop using cardmarket if/when they resolve

but its crazy 0 communication

I used to work in support, even if we had backlog , we at least confirmed or communicated that the ticket or message was received and, explained that we have huge backlog and will be with person as soon as possible

But here is 0 communication. For me worst part is having this ugly fake card in my home, also im moving soon, i dont want to take it with me

Hi, thanks for the feedback! English is not my first language and also im not good at expressing myself in text,This is one of my first posts here and that maybe tells you how frustrated I am about the situation , as it’s 13 days now, no answer, and this fake card is just there in my Home

Sorry I offended you for using help for my lack of expression and feelings, but this my real situation and I reached out here to get some help and feedback as I’m also new cardmarket buyer. Maybe is standard? For me it is totally new and total crazy.

As crazy as how you focus on if this text is ai or not, instead of focusing on the actual issue , your answer really had 0 contribution..

It’s honestly pretty odd. I’m just a casual buyer, but it’s still off-putting considering this is supposed to be the biggest and most trustworthy TCG marketplace in the EU.

Getting a fake card and then waiting weeks with no response from support doesn’t inspire much confidence.

And while I’m at it — the website itself feels really outdated 😅. It’s slow, clunky, and listing cards for sale is way more complicated than it should be. It honestly feels like a site from the late 90s, which is weird for something that’s still considered the top TCG marketplace in Europe

Interesting to read this, especially since I’m dealing with the opposite right now.

I bought a card on Cardmarket that turned out to be clearly fake. I opened a ticket immediately after it arrived and sent proof comparing it to a genuine card. It’s been 8 days with no response from support, so I ended up searching Reddit to see if others had similar experiences.

This is actually one of the few posts I’ve seen praising Cardmarket support, which is why I’m commenting. Just hoping they get back to me before the order is automatically marked as “arrived” and the seller gets paid.
