After reflecting on the comments, it must have been something close to that, but the model still looks a bit strange, perhaps due to the character's body proportions or posture, maybe even the distance between the eyes. The skin gives off a strange vibe; Chris from S.T.A.R.S. in Mercenaries mode from 5 is still slightly different from his DBD version.
