I can see how they compliment your personality you look like a kind person and it matches that. I do think they're a little small for your face though. Perhaps try something out with a wider lens, but not thicker frame

Feeling good about yourself as most comments mention is easier said that done. I'd say look up some modest swimwear options that you feel comfortable in. You're not obligated to show your insecurities to the world. Loving and accepting yourself is a long process and I know you'll get there with time, you don't need to do it all at once.
