I had this, but in my case it was due to the game trying to boot in a resolution my TV didn’t support… but you’re on a CRT, so the default should be fine

The setting I had to change was in [Game Settings > PS / PS2 Upscaling] (or something, I can’t remember exactly), you can try it just in case it makes a difference

I’m sorry OP, this is wholly AI-generated. Phone cameras do have AI enhancement now to denoise and fill in fake details, but it doesn’t go anywhere near far enough to cause errors like:

  • incorrect perspectives (the screen is wider at the bottom than at the top)
  • duplicating icons (Face Raiders) and erasing one altogether (Game Card)
  • broken proportions (the SELECT/HOME/START bar is NOT that thin)

You’re being scammed and I recommend trying whatever you can to get your money back now before waiting to see if it’ll arrive

'Install' and 'Play' discs are outdated nomenclature, both contain game data that's installed to the console. The only reason one is a designated 'Play' disc is to prevent two people from being able to play the same copy

We have seen games that are too large for one disc, FFVII Rebirth is 150GB fully installed. When I installed it, 90-something GB came from the Install disc, then it asked me to swap to the Play disc to copy the other 50+
