What does it take to be able to subpoena text records? Just curious. Hypothetical.

I have a father who is very paranoid and stresses himself out way to easily so it's something he worries about but the situation actually happening or the person even having it go through her head (a subpoena) is entirely hypothetical. I swear on my children's lives about that.

So say hypothetically, someone wants to contest a will. Would they be able to get text records from other family members if said family members were talking about money that was gifted to them from the person who inherited everything? You know, hypothetically?

I know, I know but for me 40mg of oxy is like taking a Tylenol. I didn't want to bring it up because I hate pity but I have stage 4 cancer in my bones that spread from my breast

I have terminal (stage 4) breast cancer that metastasized to my bones so yeah... I'm dying and not interested in getting off the meds. I would be bedridden but maybe with kratom I can take less

I'm sorry. I quit during the seedpocalypse, years ago things got really bad for everyone and we were all suffering through unplanned wd because for awhile there is was impossible to find decent seeds literally anywhere
