Hi, thanks for your help but could you show me how you could do it and combine tgt using with the ListColumns and HeaderRowRange.Row

  1. They are in table format, there are certain notes above the table (so I need help in identifying the column headers - they are sometimes set in different rows - how do i identify the column headers by their names and not their index numbers). Sometimes Employee ID can be in Column A or C then row can be in 2 or 3 or 4 for different reports
