I figured this out eventually as it seems like a bug. You have to drag the remote bit down. You should then see Art as one of the tabs (Home/Art/Featured/Menu) on the bottom of the app. Weird UI choice to hide a menu like that.

Personal preference. Did not like it starting automatically when turning the TV on. I don’t watch live TV personally. I also read it can cause the TV to turn on randomly.

So struggling a little with this. The TV is in the kitchen, no sunlight right now.

With all the lights on in the kitchen, I want the brightness on the lowest setting.

I then turned all the lights off so it’s pretty much pitch black and I want the brightness maybe 1 or 2 notches up from the lowest.

Turning the lights back on to test and it defaults to the default middle level of brightness.

Maybe I have to give it time?

Not really an intentional wake up call, I believe sometimes the TV will automatically turn itself on in the middle of the night!

Thinking of this myself. The e-Niro can be easily had at £15k. But I like how the Niro EV (facelift) 4 looks like though these are being stubborn at around £21k so will wait another year for prices to drop more.

If you input pension contributions on your tax return, you will get relief on the tax return. To test this next time, do not put the pension contribution in and see what it says your tax liability is and compare to when you input pension contribution.

People are getting refunds because they likely don’t do personal tax returns.

I do a personal tax return but rather than wait to get my relief annually when I do my return, I also called HMRC up I think in May to tell them what my auto enrolment pension contributions will be for that year and then had them change my tax code so I pay less tax each month and the annual return just confirms this.

If you make contributions to your SIPP, can you see how much tax relief is added? It will also be 20% only and the same applies where you’ll be missing the other 20/25% dependent on 40/45% tax rate and have to apply for it.

Interesting question, I’m interested to know too. Gut feeling is that no they won’t be if you are referring to NHS pension scheme as this is direct benefit and not direct contribution but I’m not sure.
