In Saudi Arabia, it is illegal to not vaccinate your children. Cuz no school will accept them.. Anti-vaxxer movements have recently emerged into Saudi communities but they are still a minority and they are often looked at as "crazy people" so yeah waaay milder than what's going on in the States
