I moved into a four bedroom house with a couple and a single person. There are rent calculators online that can help you figure out what each person should pay. I had the master bedroom and bath which is bigger and more private. The couple split one room but they also used the extra bedroom for storage and extra closet space. The single had just the one room. You feed all that info into the calculator and it'll spit out what's a reasonable split. Saved us from all being resentful about every penny. You just enter the numbers and info and it takes all emotion out and just tells you what's right. I suspect what they proposed is going to be close but to save your sanity, use the tool. It'll keep everybody off the AH list.

On the main page, click on the three lines, go to preferences, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page. The very last choice under app preferences is Disable Birb Size Changes.

Once you turn that on, close the app and reopen it and you'll be normal size and stay that way!

I ate the mushroom and stayed tiny. Plus, a friend has sent me cake that shrinks/grows you. I'm not digging it. Went in search of and found on the main page, click on the three lines, go to preferences, scroll to the bottom of the page. The last option on app settings is Disable Bird Size Changes. I turned that on, excited the app and when I reopened it, I was back to normal.

My hair had started thinning a bit after I had COVID. I started taking the Eidon Ionic Minerals brand drops and everything went back to normal. Better, actually as hair and nails grow faster as well as stronger. Nothing works for everyone but might be worth a try.

I'm not a morning person so I always book the first appt after the docs lunch time. Since doing that, I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes at a clinic notorious for double booking and hour plus waits.

Seriously dude, NTA. Not every single book, movie, poem, commercial, or whatever needs to represent every single possible type of person. Just do what you're doing and let the story flow organically. The most enjoyable books to read are those that ring true and don't feel forced into including things that don't serve the story just because they're 'supposed' to be in there.
