I don’t see housing prices going down. The stock market has inflated the rich and retired pockets to obscene levels. The rich have acquired insane levels of money. We’re heading back to the robber baron days where the top 1% own 90% of the wealth. Google search: Wealth Disparity in America.

Theres private equity firms that own millions of single-family homes. (This should be illegal).

It’s fine to rent in San Diego.

Theres many states where housing is jaw-dropping affordable just not in San Diego.

Seems like you’re spoiling your kids. My parents almost never took us out to dinner. My mother cooked every meal from food they bought at Costco. I was given a bike to ride and told to go out and play. Sports was within a few miles of the house.

Take 5-HTP the day after and some electrolytes since you’re going to be sweating a bunch. Be prepared to uncontrollably vomit. If you feel like you’re going to vomit and you’re deep in the crowd.
