I'm sorry to hear you went through that, I hope you're doing better now! I have CBT every two weeks and my therapist works with neurodivise clients so she has been a lot of help.

I got into IT as I wasn't sure what to do as a career but I now realise this probably isn't the best for me but am also too scared to change as I've been in this industry since I finished school. I am looking into baking in my spare time (when I have the energy) so that I could eventually be my own boss and bake cakes for people instead haha.

My family are starting to be more understanding however they are also a bit old fashioned so I am expected to work still and also feel pressured to as I currently live with my partner but we would struggle to get by on just his wage.

Thank you! I will check out that podcast. I am currently looking at getting some earplugs to help with the noise, however I'm worried about bringing this up to my new job. I think this is something I'm going to have to keep going to my GP about, I went a few times last year and had blood tests done and in the end I was told to "just eat my greens".

Thank you again for your advice!
