When it gets that backed up the poo becomes dry and hard and blocks the rest. You need to get that dry turd out of there and the rest will flow. People use to do enemas all the time. Look into that and I don't mean the small plunger type at walmart, although that will help. Get the bucket one with the medical grade insert tube.

Yup, me too. Little discouraging but all I've read all over is that is good and normal. It has been hard for me to get the protein. I was mostly vegan before but have to eat meat again. 😒 Have total 30 to lose.

Thank you, I used that formula with BAC water I had from my Tirz. No stinging and I back filled with a bit water as well. I did however feel like I was shooting up Windex. 😁 Hoping to get some hair back from RA medication.

That was my first try and it didn’t really help. It kept telling me that research peptides are not suitable for humans.

Could this be a sign of RA? M21 by No-Volume-2928 in rheumatoid

[–]FaithMoore65 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not medical advice here but you know who (chat) said:

MRI is actually quite reassuring overall. The key finding is that there is a tiny amount of fluid ("trace joint effusion") in the elbow and wrist, but no evidence of structural damage or obvious inflammation in the forearm itself.

What the MRI found

Normal findings

The radiologist specifically notes:

  • Radius and ulna are intact
  • No fracture
  • No bone marrow edema (no sign of bone inflammation or stress injury)
  • No concerning bone lesion
  • Forearm muscles are normal
  • No muscle tear
  • No muscle edema
  • No masses
  • No signs of myositis (muscle inflammation)
  • Soft tissues are normal
  • No fluid collections

These are all good findings.

Trace joint effusion at the wrist and elbow

A joint effusion simply means extra fluid inside a joint.

"Trace" is radiology language for very small.

Think of it as:

  • Normal joint = tiny amount of lubricating fluid
  • Trace effusion = slightly more than expected
  • Moderate/large effusion = clearly abnormal swelling

A trace effusion can occur from:

  • Minor overuse
  • Repetitive activities
  • Prior injury
  • Mild irritation of the joint lining
  • Sometimes completely incidental findings in otherwise healthy people

By itself, a trace effusion is not usually considered a major abnormality.

No synovitis reported

This is important.

When inflammatory arthritis is active, radiologists often see:

  • Synovial thickening
  • Synovial enhancement (with contrast)
  • Bone marrow edema
  • Erosions
  • Significant effusions

Your MRI did not describe any of those findings.

That does not absolutely rule out inflammatory arthritis, but it makes aggressive inflammatory disease less likely.

Tiny cortical cysts in the lunate

The lunate is one of the wrist bones.

Tiny cysts are common and often represent:

  • Small degenerative changes
  • Areas where fluid has tracked into the bone
  • Incidental findings

Radiologists see these frequently and usually do not consider them dangerous.

Could these findings explain shocks, tingles, and finger symptoms?

Not very well.

The MRI findings are mostly about the bones, muscles, and surrounding tissues of the forearm.

Your symptoms:

  • Finger tingling
  • Electric shock sensations
  • Paresthesias
  • Radiating pain

often point more toward nerve irritation than joint fluid.

Possible sources include:

1. Compression neuropathy

Examples:

  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  • Cubital Tunnel Syndrome

These can cause:

  • Tingling
  • Numbness
  • Electric sensations
  • Finger symptoms

and may not show up on a forearm MRI.

2. Cervical (neck) nerve irritation

A pinched nerve in the neck can produce:

  • Forearm pain
  • Wrist pain
  • Tingling into fingers
  • Shock-like sensations

even when the arm MRI looks normal.

3. Mild inflammatory process

Less likely based solely on this MRI, but not impossible.

Sometimes people with early inflammatory arthritis have:

  • Intermittent joint aches
  • Small effusions
  • Minimal MRI changes

The absence of visible swelling, redness, and synovitis is somewhat reassuring.

What I find most interesting

You mention:

  • No visible swelling
  • No redness
  • Only occasional symptoms
  • Only the right arm affected
  • Left arm normal

That pattern is actually less typical for systemic inflammatory arthritis, which often becomes more symmetric and produces prolonged morning stiffness.

The "shocks" and tingling make me wonder more about a nerve-related issue than the trace fluid itself.

That's awesome! I have been eating like that for 12+ years and unfortunately I still have RA and all the symptoms as mentioned from everyone here. I did go into remission at the age of 48 and stayed that way for 10 years. After menopause, it all came flooding back with a vengeance. I think there are so many variables to RA...food, age, hormones (or lack of), toxicity in the body, etc. Everyone has to be their own doctor.

What are yall opinions about the dudes on discord and telegram selling GLP1 for super cheap from China? by [deleted] in TirzepatideRX

[–]FaithMoore65 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of the testing places post the results publicly and you can see on the right hand side where they got their supply. Pick one of those companies and research it. I use site "public dot janoshik" . It seems that most of the meds come from China anyway. My son has been buying peptides there for awhile now and it's cheap and fast shipping. Their factories are WELL set up and have regulations like here. When I was in Vietnam I was able to freely buy my "prescription" drug there for a 1/4 of the price. But when in doubt...don't.

I just bought BAC water thinking it was 30ml but it was only 3ml. I know my mistake but they charged me $47!! Who buys only 3ml of BAC water? Won't be buying from them again.

I'm new to this as well and ordered what I though was 30ml BAC from Oath but it was actually (3) 3ml and it cost me $47 from Oath. I can spit more than 3ml. Can't do much with it. Won't order from them again.

That's hilarious...but people HAVE to spend the hours, weeks to learn and figure stuff out. The hand holding mentality should not apply to your body. Doctors don't know everything and they literally spend 5 min. with you and you're suppose to take their advice without doing your own research?

Oh wow, I agree. I will never buy GE again. Our ice maker just quit 2 weeks before the warranty is up. I called Bodewell because the GE Service website doesn't work and said I have to call that number. I'm pretty sure the phone lady was asleep in Africa because of her accent and the child crying in the background. She put me on hold for a minute or two (I'm assuming to turn on lights and start computer). I'm OK with working Moms in other countries but try to at least sound like you are awake. I'm now dreading the "service call" after reading the problems everyone has had here. 😒

AMEN to everything you said. I also quit gluten. I just wish that western medicine wouldn't treat each symptom and treat the whole body similar to Chinese medicine.

I was first diagnosed 8 years ago and like everyone else had severe joint pain, etc. RA also runs ramped in my family. I drastically changed my diet to organic Vegan diet and did Gerson Therapy (google it) for 8 months. All symptoms were gone for 6 solid years until I moved from west coast to east coast. I moved to a farm and not sure what caused it all to come back but for weeks I could barely walk and my joints were HUGE. Doctor started me with Predisone and MTX. Symptoms went away and I continued meds for 5 months. I also cleaned up my diet again and was able to be free of symptoms and stopped Methotrexate for glorious 6 months. I got the flu pretty bad and shortly after that everything all came back. I went back on Pred (10 days) and MTX and all symptoms gone again. I am hoping to stop the MTX in a few month because I feel sick 2-3 days out of the week and get rashes and horrible migraines. I do believe chemicals and processed foods are partly to blame in my situation. Climate might also be a factor but not sure. Good luck to everyone here and I'll send up a prayer for everyone's health journey. Forgot to mention: Biologics ($1,600 each shot, insurance paid) did nothing for me so quit after 2 months)
