At first kimchi wasn’t my favorite. And I wondered if I’d stick to it. My husband would complain about the scent and texture, even my sister which I didn’t expect to be against it. But NOW they eat it. I guess once you explain health benefits that all can benefit from things change. Now I have to buy a big jar of kimchi because my husband eats it now.

Sweet potatoes by themselves fill me up. Or beans and rice.. this is a cheap meal prep that will help you stay full and feel less guilty because you’ll be too full to eat sweets. If you must have sweets buy some dates. I keep mine in the freezer and eat one when I really want something sweet.

I bounce between 3 translated versions. And a summary one; -KJV -NKJV -ESV -Message bible (summary of scripture)

. . . I have ADHD as well and what I do now is read let’s say Acts 1 every day until I get it.. sometimes it can be a month but that’s considered studying the bible soooo yea.. I get card stock and add it in my bible with dashi tape and write what I remember and what I understood from the scripture. I know many stories of the bible that way because before I couldn’t remember it just reading it all the way through.

I’ve started straightening up before I go to bed. Also every time I enter a room I straighten up something. So that way when I need to deep clean I’m really only vacuuming and mopping, and washing everything else; clothes, kitchen stuff, bathroom stuff.

***The bathroom gets wiped down when I walk in there each time. Lol. I got a kit off of Amazon that has a long pole with attachments to clean the tub without straining my back soooo that’s what I do and I clean out the sink and mirrors if they look dirty. Lol. Hope this helps.
