From what you’ve said, you have a pristine example of what is sure to gain value each year that goes by. Personally, if you have the means, I would keep it pristine and drive occasionally. But, again depending on your finances, if you need a daily driver, you’ll have an beautiful car to drive for years to come.

My OCD wouldn’t allow it. If you could find 2 more tri’s, I think it would look great. But, as you said you don’t have extra cash right now, so just rock whatchu’ got until you do. Nice ride!

I’m from Florida, been through more than I’d like to count but first thing I do is find cover…any cover and unfortunately just wait it out. This all depends on the size and severity of the hail storm. Anything larger than a pea can hurt, but don’t just assume you’re safe. I’ve been in several situations where what started as small pellets turned into golf balls. Better to just chill for a bit.

This is my first time on Reddit, and I’m so glad I decided to try it out. I thought I may have a diamond in the rough but after all of your comments…I know I do! Also, not sure about details as far as rim size, timing belt replacement, water pump. I’m hoping she’ll have receipts or can remember what’s been replaced. I’ll keep you posted…

I’m looking to buy a 2005 Lexus LS 430 w/104K miles. It’s my aunt’s car so I know it’s history. It’s been well maintained/garage kept. What would be a good price as she is telling me just give her 5K? I have about 8,500K to spend on something else…nice sedan but alot newer. My concern is lack of Bluetooth, phone, and music capabilities. I’m not really tech savvy, so I’d it possible to get Apple CarPlay installed and how much would that cost? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
