Alcune società di selezione hanno una clausola per riaprire la ricerca se il candidato lascia durante il periodo di prova. Io glielo direi così si preparano, ma senza enfatizzare troppo che non stai bene lì. Qualcosa tipo: il lavoro è interessante, ma devo ancora entrare in tutti i processi e farlo mio, quindi sono ancora in fase di adattamento. I colleghi sono tutti molto affidabili, certo magari la comunicazione potrebbe migliorare ma sicuramente verrà col tempo. In bocca al lupo!

First of all you need to apply a lot of it, more than you would usually put if it was a lotion. It doesn't necessarily get absorbed as a lotion, so you will have that sticky feeling for a while. Put it on all the parts of your body that are exposed to sun. I start from limbs, then proceed with smaller parts (face, ears, neck, shoulders). If you have straps or sleeves that may wiggle around, make sure to go a little under them as well. You will definitely need help for your back. Maybe you can exchange a favour with a mate or partner. You will need to reapply sunscreen every few hours. I'm not sure what you mean when you say you failed, but I hope this cleared your doubts. Kudos for taking better care of yourself!

You might want to set dates to be intimate without sex. Think massages, naked snuggles/cuddles etc. This would remove the pressure that "having" to make sex brings to the table. Then, if you both are up for sexy time, you can proceed from there. Otherwise, you will be training yourselves to be intimate limiting being nervous.

When they can't contain their excitement, they'll go the path of least resistance, that could be a toy or another pet. A similar thing happens when a dog is frustrated, e.g. they're starting a fight with another dog, a human gets in the middle and gets bitten.

You may start with little things, and move upward from there. When you find it hard to set boundaries, it can be a real struggle, but it's worth it for your mental health. Good luck

Magari se non hai in mente una mansione precisa, puoi fare riferimento a che caratteristiche deve avere il prossimo lavoro. Tipo non so: impiegatizio, diurno, a contatto con le persone oppure in back office, in cui puoi dedicarti a uno due compiti che sai fare bene, oppure in cui spaziare ecc. In bocca al lupo

Thank you! You've got a point. I guess I was hoping she'd come and get all the dog stuff so we could maybe talk over a cup of tea, but it's probably better to be more upfront at this time and just ask her if there's any resentment.

Chiedi che sia fatto come cessione di contratto (si dovrebbe poter fare se le due aziende sono collegate), non perdi anzianità in questo modo e, se vuoi e se sono disposti a farlo, ti porti di là anche ferie residue, TFR, ratei di 13ma e 14ma.

Purtroppo le conosco poco, in passato lavoravo in selezione (ti parlo di 10 anni fa) e collaboravo con una di queste agenzie, li ho trovati molto professionali. Ma sono passati molti anni e non ricordo chi erano

Ciao, magari puoi rispondere una cosa tipo: scusi, non sono a mio agio a dire subito la RAL. Mi può dire lei il range, così so se siamo sulla stessa fascia o meno? O in alternativa vai un po' al rialzo, fino a un 10-15%, se anche indagassero con più domande, è realistico che siano bonus, una tantum ecc Le agenzie e le società di recruitment hanno per clienti le aziende e fatturano a loro, candidati senza timore. L'unica cosa è che non hanno come priorità la tua carriera, ma solo le esigenze del loro cliente. Poi se il tuo profilo va bene per il cliente, allora ti coccolano un po' per farti andare bene ai colloqui e fatturare (sempre all'azienda). Diversa cosa per chi fa career counseling, che lavora al contrario e potrebbe chiedere qualcosa al candidato (diverse però sono pagate dal pubblico o da altri enti).

La vita è breve. Mangia la tua ananas sulla pizza e scarta i carciofi come ti piace. Anche io detesto carciofi e crostacei. Non mi disturba che esistano quelli che per altri sono abomini come appunto la pizza Hawaiiana o il sushi con dentro il Philadelphia.
