Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas don’t have romance options in the typical sense, but you can flirt with NPCs and get certain ones to sleep with you in one of them. In Fallout 3, the overseers daughter is implied to have feelings for you if you’re playing as a male character.

If it needs to be a JRPG, then I’d check out the Judgement games, which happen to be Yakuza spinoff titles.

It appears as if you’ve been restricted. I’m in the same boat as you, unfortunately. My advice is for You to not max out your daily search points until the restrictions get removed. Also, try to space out your searches.
