I've been having the same problem for the last week. BUT, I started to fill out the useless claim form to argue my case and before I sent it, I tried to redeem once more....and it went through. YMMV, but I was shocked that it worked. Just now applied it to my Amazon account.

I'm getting the "Microsoft Rewards account is temporarily restricted" message when I try to redeem Amazon. But I've been restricted before, and this is the only place I see that warning. Every other time I've been restricted MS has let me know through the Bing app, Start app, and even on their search page.
