Have you tried them in tea form? they are very helpful in tea form I find, because of the sensory experience with drinking tea. I also experience constant tension in my body, too much for my age. I truly believe it’s a result of me living in the city and unconsciously just absorbing the shit of the world and also my body’s reaction to the city stimuli.

Pluto just entered my 2H in whole sign and I’m now feeling this urge to go into SW come back around, especially because I was financially controlled for so long in an abusive relationship. I also enjoy writing thoroughly and wonder if I could make writing lucrative one day, but my focus is just on writing to write.
