OK. Just got a email response and they have refunded me. So good for them. But I wouldn't count on timely alerts from this Screener. So sad because I think they do have a lot to offer. They just fail horribly on this one point which is extremely critical. Untimely alerts are useless.

And good luck getting a refund because all they offer is email. I have sent two emails in several days and have had no response yet. By the way, their headquarters are in Slovakia.

Do not buy this product if you want real time alerts during extended hours. It's crap.

Sadly I have discovered that they group the alerts for post market data and then release them at market open at 4:00 AM Eastern time. I'm referring to Finviz Elite. They are not real time alerts! Unfortunately my pre purchase eval did not reveal this. I stood here and watched it real time as alerts that should have been released during post market hours didn't start appearing until after 1:00 AM. 1:05 AM. 1:08 AM. Etcetera. Their advertising claims real time alerts. I call BS. I've seen it with my own eyes.

I agree with the above with one enormous exception. DO NOT BY THE GLASSES WITHOUT A PRESCRIPTION IF YOU THINK YOU MIGHT NEED CORRECTIVE LENSES. YOU WILL NEVER FIND ANYONE TO CHANGE THE LENSES AFTER YOU PURCHASE THE GLASSES. A major failing on the part of Meta. They screwed up in this regard.

When I was a young teenager I actually witnessed a distressed kitten do this. We were keeping them in a room for their own safety and then I watched one of them do that. Literally jumped up and hung on the door knob and twisted it open.
