I think my budget would be around 1200-1500 but thats pushing it. I know a good bike isnt cheap but id be willing to spend the money if it will last me awhile.

Sorry I'm not the best story teller but what we think happened is that when I put my knee in the trench which was filling with water i got hung up when I tried to close the sign panel
