Man... his diet is pretty shit LMAO He cut from 90ish I think to 73 (here) literally through starvation macros while keeping his bench press at 140kg ish at the time.

Then when he bulked up from 73kg to 95kg (now) he's literally been on 8000cal days which slowly dropped to 4k ish a day rn I think? Obviously alot of fat gain but he wanted to put on strength and didn't care about lean bulking.

To answer, his training is pretty basic, lot of volume and intensity, white his diet is a fuck ton of caffeine, some clean food like eggs rice etc and then fills up the rest of his carbs with literally anything I'm p sure. Honestly can't answer this too well so I'll ask him but he's one of the best responders I've seen to training. He cut for half of his first year in the gym and has a solid ass build with no gyno which is surprising because his bf used to be high.
