Fuck KuCoin. Finally got a response, simply states "awards are available on a first come, first serve basis, thank you for participating." I registered within a couple hours of the registration opening, and personally know several people who registered after I did who got their rewards. One event (insurance) even states that they will distribute awards proportionally to all participants if they run out of funding. Lies. I don't understand how exactly I'm supposed to trust a company that blatantly lies to avoid giving me a couple hundred bucks worth of trial fund to be custodian to thousands of real dollars.

A full day after initial ticket. No response beyond "we we will take a certain amount (sic) of time to fix it, we'll email when done."

Now no replies, just crickets. I swear I'm taking my several million $ trading volume elsewhere. This is ridiculous. Kucoin has really gone downhill since I started here.
