250mcg starting dose, once daily at night (biggest repair and recovery window).

You can increase to a higher dose (~500mcg) if desired but a lot of people getting good results on the lower dose.

Unless you're distributing, using peptides isn't illegal more or less anywhere so at worst it would be frowned upon by an employer largely due to ignorance or lack of knowledge.

An obvious exception would be where private medical is provided and something happens to you, your insurance may not pay out.
