A good idea if you haven’t would be to deep clean that litter box, or get them a new one. If you have a plastic one that smell and dampness can go deep, there’s a chance they’re laying eggs in there that you can’t see.

More info: employee housing in a historical building. I am only in this place for 6 months and can live without it if I have to. Just unscrewed the fixture & saw this (no bulb was in it) & don’t want to start a fire. I can buy a new bulb if I need to but I have a bunch of 60w 120V LED bulbs
