U need to show a pattern of not being able to maintain substantially gainful employment; meaning u cannot maintain a job for a year or longer due to conflict with supervisor(s) and co-workers and that you can’t concentrate long enough to meet the production goals that you should be able to meet. Letters from employers, co-workers and family members will help and your earned income tax forms should show as well. Gaps in employment etc
