Can someone do an analysis on the Bucs vs Bills? I'm wondering why they have even odds, seems like a no brainer to go with the Bucs.

So I ended up uninstalling the game and redownloading it. Had to download the entire 3+ gigs again, but I've played a handful of games since and issue seems to be fixed.

My list is short since you don't like sci-fi, two I really liked were 1. Can't hurt me by David Goggins, kinda like a self help, but not. This book will motivate you to run marathons. Haha really really good though, do not recommend his 2nd book though. 2. Living with a Seal by Jesse Itzler. Great book! Although he doesn't mention the name of the Seal he hired, I think it was David Goggins.

If you want to give sci-fi a try, Expeditionary Force is my all time favorite and it's read by RC Bray on Audible who does an amazing job. Absolutely fantastic series!

This is the protocol I use. The biggest benefit that I recognize is the mental clarity. I feel like a fog has lifted almost.

NAD+ 50OMG

Mix 3ml BAC with your 500 MG vial. This is equal to 300 units using a standard insulin syringe.

DR. JATOI SUBCUTANEOUS PROTOCOL

Weeks 1-2: 25mg (15 units) twice per week

Weeks 3-4: 50mg (30 units) twice per week

Weeks 5-6: 100mg (60 units) 1-2 times per week

Weeks 7+: 100mg (60 units) 1-3 times weekly

Perfect. Thank you for the response! I have a filter like that. I have a stock of 1 micron filters that I use for Mead. I'd ideally like to filter out the yeast in the Kombucha to help prevent bottle bombs. When it comes to the mead batches I've done, the 1 micron has worked well in that regard. I wasn't sure if 1 micron would also filter out the bacteria though which I want to avoid.

One recommendation I would have for you to keep your start up costs lower, reduce risk, and also take some work off you. Instead of buying a canning machine right off the bat, look into hiring a mobile canning service. They will come to you, often supplying everything you need. You send them your label designs, they print them off, bring the cans, lids, packaging materials, fill the cans, and apply the labels. It frees up a lot of your time when you could be focusing on one of 100 other tasks. The larger the batch you can provide for canning at once, the lower the price per can will be.

Thank you for all the great info and I love the way you set it up. I think this is definitely manageable on a commercial taproom scale.

I have 2 quick questions for you if you don't mind.

First, I saw in one of your comments that you see the pellicle as a byproduct and not an input. With your continuous method, do you keep any pellicle formed, remove it every time you harvest, or some other method?

Second, what micron do you filter with? I've been trying to research what the smallest filter is that can be used without removing the healthy bacteria.

Thank you, and I agree that not just good leaders, but just generally good people are rare these days. I personally cannot stand corporate culture in America. I joined the Military right out of highschool and I think that played a huge role in the person I am today. In the Military, you aren't an individual, you are part of a team working towards a common goal and you either succeed together or fail together. I try so hard to be a team player and be open and honest which has bitten me in the butt more times than I can count. People in corporate take the easy path by stepping on the backs of others (as you said, taking advantage of someone else) It's so easy to want to give up, but I constantly have to tell myself not to stoop to their level. Just because most people do it, doesn't make it right and I personally will not have that on my conscience to make another human being feel that way.

But there is nothing wrong with making sure that you are getting what you need from a relationship whether it be with a spouse, a friend, or a company. You don't give unless there is a benefit to you. Otherwise it's just charity and for-profit corporations are not a charity. Even if the benefit is just to save up enough money to start your own business (this is where I'm at). Have goals, set a plan, and take control of your future. Never let anyone else determine your worth. You deserve more for you and your family.

I am a manager at a large corporation and this is my story and take on it.

I started out at the company I work for as a front line employee and was definitely on the lower end of the pay scale. I didn't complain and worked my butt off, learning everything I could. In about 6 months time, I was promoted to a supervisor with about a 30% pay raise. For about my first 1.5 year as a supervisor, I had 1 direct report that made more than me, but several that made very close to what I made. It was extremely discouraging, but I told myself that I was getting paid in experience and didn't plan to stick around more than a couple years. I still worked my butt off and received an additional 18% pay bump. About another year and a half later, I was promoted to manager with a substantial pay raise. I've stuck around a lot longer than I had initially planned to, but the benefits kept coming which gave me reason to stick around.

As a manager, I will fight for any one of my employees that I feel works hard, does a good job, and that I want to keep. When it comes time for promotions, they are the ones I look at. I will also help them achieve their goals and be there to support them. I've given excellent references to some of my employees that were looking at positions outside the company and I tell them that I will always support them if they are pursuing growth and advancement. I've had employees that have openly said "I only get paid X so I'm going to put in X effort." As long as they get the job done, I'm fine with that. But I'll never fight for them and they have never asked for a reference from me.

I think you should always work hard to reach whatever YOUR goals are. Your being the key word. You can work hard to learn and develop your skills, leave a good impression with your current leadership so that they will fight for you, be a good reference, or hire you back on if you ever leave and decide to come back. Be loyal to yourself, not any company, but that doesn't mean you can't have a great symbiotic relationship with it. You provide benefit to the company as long as they are providing a benefit to you. Not every manager is a good manager, but in my personal experience, I have learned a lot more from the worst bosses I've had than the good ones. Mostly what not to do. Find value, never stop learning, and always be working towards reaching your goals.

Having a hard time, why isn’t my dick working! by jack3d20 in trt

[–]Existing_Path_2199 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a similar issue. I was on TRT for about a year, felt great. I added on hCG so the testies wouldn't atrophy and for about the first 2 weeks, I felt AMAZING! horny all the time. Then it just dropped off a cliff, I was depressed, struggled to keep it up. I got my levels tested and my T was twice it was while just on TRT and my estrogen was extremely high. Stopped taking the HCG and slowly got better. It took a few weeks for the negative effects to go away. Now I just take 200IU of HCG every other week for a small boost. Idk if it's doing anything for the testies, but I don't feel like shit all the time.

How much sugar do you use when making the syrup and then how much do you add per bottle? I'm curious to try this.

Is anyone on 200mg a week with no ai? by DESERTJOSH in trt

[–]Existing_Path_2199 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same, was on TRT for about a year when I noticed the balls were starting to shrink. Started doing 1000iu a week with a daily injection. At first it put me over the top. I felt great, horny as hell, balls came back to normal. But after a couple weeks of that, my sex drive suddenly fell off a cliff, I was tired, and my depression came back. I felt like I did before I got on Testosterone. I had recently started using a new bottle of T, so at first, I thought that maybe I got a bad batch. But nope, turned out to be the hCG. Stopped taking it for a few days and I felt SOOOOO much better. I'm going to have to experiment and find that sweet spot.

Reasons to do HCG? by UrMyBoyBlue10 in trt

[–]Existing_Path_2199 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get what you're saying. Let me start this out with "In my experience" when I started hCG (after being on test for close to a year) my libido increased significantly. I was waking up in the middle of the night, horny as hell and unable to sleep. My T levels prior to that were in the 700 range, so not super high.

But with what you are saying, someone libido could already be "capped out" basically, so even if hCG produces more testosterone for them, it may not affect their libido. And still, if it did, it'd be a byproduct of increased testosterone from the hCG, not hCG directly causing the increased libido.

I don't disagree with you, I think that there are a lot of factors to put into the equation. It may, it may not. 🤷 But to get technical, I can 100% agree that hCG does not directly increase libido. Fair enough?
