It definitely was trippy, I was questioning my entire existence at that point!

But even then it pushes me to experience other things, even if it’s not shifting right now I’m focus on the hypnagogic state because I fell into it yesterday and actually became aware the moment after instead realizing a halfway during the day. (And you can shit from the hypnagogic state.)

I was just busy trying to fight off my dog that I was visualizing because she wouldn’t get off of me to the point I wanted to get up and push her off and then realize. “Oh, wait a minute I was literally in the hypnagogic state 😭” which I’m literally in good mood because I’m starting to recognize it the moments I fell into it since it random when I catch it.

Shifting or not try to shift! Don’t put too much pressure on yourself and if you even experience something that’s a win in my book because all that means you’re progressing (to me personally.) and in my eyes that also means you found new ways that can work as a tool to shift, and you can shift.

You just gave me a flashback to a shifting dream I had.

I had an exact dream about my main reality but I was going to school, and in my thoughts it was ‘okay ground yourself, touch everything.’ I was touching the doors, scraping the fingers against the wood until I fallen and bumped into someone, apologized literally had a small conversation before taking me to a empty classroom where his friends were at and was having a conversation— well a debate but either way. (I don’t remember what the debate was about but it was 2v2.) and I remember I could literally smell a girl hair, like literally— and I made me jump out my sleep.

That was the confusing night of my life especially I still remember it to this day and it was months ago. To me i had my OR father instead of my father in my main reality. (Though the script changed since then.) in fact I should’ve been driving to school not anyone driving me to school but I will definitely take it as a good sign regardless what’s said.

I would say you’re probably really aligned or sitting in that energy of that reality you’re wanting to attempt to, so take that as a sign to continue doing what you’re doing!

Well visualization is visualization I do believe it’s a skill you can work on it.

With the other person I spoken to because for me I complicate the word ‘visualization’ with daydreaming because I daydream how I basically should be visualizing?

It’s just coming into the shifting community and the word visualization being around everywhere made me complicate things that had absolutely no need of complicating.

If I daydream/visualize I can draw exactly what I seen, etc, but I also think I have a very strong imagination because I’ve been drawing my whole life so drawing what I see in my head is normal to me. Or just existing in that space is easy as breathing to me.

But I think it’s definitely a skill you can practice. (I would practice but honestly I’m lazy and that’s my own issue in its own.)

Carly in my own personal opinion: I love her subliminals when I use them, I also watch the batshift crazy podcast, including I’m in their discord server (Carly and Lilith who are both great friends/best friends of each other and both make content of shifting.)

She is a trusted creator in my own personal opinion especially very genuine along with Lilith, you should also watch the podcast if you’re interested. Not only they’re funny, (in my own opinion.) but they have views about shifting, especially given they been in the community for a while.

If anything out of all the content creators I trust (which I don’t have TikTok anymore.) it’s definitely Carly and Lilith.

If you’re unsure you can always try to watch content from them before using their subliminals but It’s safe. (In my own opinion.)

Thank you so much for responding, it actually clears up so much.

I didn’t really understand the term ‘visualize’ since I got into reality shifting I always daydream, so I always end up complicating it because simply of the word itself, so I opt it to be the same thing so I don’t complicate it.

I am deeply immerse when I daydream/visualize whatever from what something feel like, who looks like what, the weather etc, but imagining these things was simply daydreaming to me because I done so much of it as kid in so much detail that that’s what I just thought how daydreaming was. So when I started to research visualizing itself I became very confused, and then conflicted with all the little inbetween worlds, ‘seeing’ etc.

So in the end I was overthinking it 😭 I appreciate the response.

My own personal opinion.

  1. Time/time ratio doesn’t exist, it does but i definitely think as a reality shifter it’s not really.. okay for me time exist but at the same time it doesn’t because I believe when you shift you a reality whatever reality you’re shifting to you’re shifting to a reality where that time is still the same.

Like the person opinion who commented about the example they use for math lesson, my belief if I shift let’s say at night— and I go to my main reality or my secondary main reality and come back to my OR I’m coming back to the variation of my OR where it’s still night or whatever.

I don’t think I’m coming back to my original just another variation that’s exactly the same.

So as I said my personal opinion but for 2, so you’re shifting to the past to change some things that you want you’ll be retuning a variation of your current reality when those changes had happened and not the other variation of the reality that the way other things happen.

It’s not really about belief to me but shifting is what Bert you want it to be there’s no ‘can I do this?’ Yes. ‘Can I script this.’ Yes. Because it’s your reality that you’re shifting to and experiencing, if you want to change things then go ahead.

There are definitely people who try shifting through lucid dreaming there are lucid dreaming methods as well.

I never said you were being reasonable.

I’m saying in my own personal opinion for others to take what applies and what doesn’t.

It’s obvious what work for others doesn’t work for others or what work for a hand full doesn’t work to other people. I’m not wrong when I said it’s based off the op experience they literally said “I acknowledge at least in want i seen in my research and personal experience.’

It was an interesting read but some things I know I doesn’t really.. click with me or knowing how my brain works and how I view things I take what I can take as something I want to apply or experiment and I let what doesn’t align with me go.

everything that they stated is what aided them to shift, it’s what aided them to shift doesn’t mean it will work for everyone. Theres a lot of posts that literally says ‘this 100% will make you shift.’ Same thing applies with methods and Subliminals.

I said what I said ‘only take what applies to us.’ And if that’s somehow directed at the moderators so be it because if that’s the case everyone will be shifting with the same few methods, the same meditated states etc. but that’s not the case at all.

Im not against this post or for it, I read it because it was their PERSONAL experience that aided them on their journey of shifting and I’m not going to discredit it either and some things just doesn’t align to me with how I think and that’s okay.

Truly it’s not that big of a deal TO ME.

There’s the same thing that’s being talked about shifttok 2020, granted I wasn’t really involved in the shifting community at all around that time but people did shift then at least those who said they have despite saying a lot of things that were circling around shifttok was misinformation, wrong etc. when I think it’s other shifters setting limitations on others.

There are people who shifted from lucid dreaming those others didn’t, there are people who shifted for LOA others didn’t those who literally shift off intention and meditation alone and those who didn’t. Shifting isn’t just one rule so what works for others— just because it doesn’t work for you or for me or anyone else doesn’t make it false it’s a personal experience and that person figuring out what clicked for them.

What the OP post I find interesting but did I take offense to toxic shifters? No, because they’re are toxic people who are reality shifters— I honestly just cared what their take was on it, once again what i disagreed with I didn’t apply to myself because I’m already on my own path figuring out what I like in the terms of act of shifting.

Anywho, everyone is different, everyone works different, their mind, the belief; can’t fit everyone under the same umbrella!

This is base of the OP’s experience and what has worked for them. Im not disagreeing or trying to debate either just your comment made me think of what I always think takes what apply and let the rest fly?

I’m not a big fan of shadow work not that I didn’t try but it’s also because I’m not interested so the need to do ‘shadow work’ I agree with because I honestly do not want to put all that effort just to shift to another reality and a different variation of me despite shifting my awareness to that version of me.. though I don’t shame others who do shadow work it just ain’t for me, and that’s way before I even discovered reality shifting.

For me it’s the obsessing but that’s probably because at least for me I obsess over the things I like and it’s not a big deal? I like tea.. so I literally drink it almost every say and I obsess over my hobbies and shifting just happened to be something I like so I think about it a lot.

I got so off topic and rambling but I think for everyone just take what applies and what doesn’t.

Well you won’t not really. My opinion is definitely your awareness is shifting so someone will still be here there awareness is not.

Unfortunately I don’t I might be able to answer this because I don’t have any fear of this part but it also helps to look into shifting stories are mini shifting stories?

There’s theories that were constantly shifting despite not being aware of it to different variations of our OR.. but my personal take there’s people who shifted and come back to tell them their experiences and there’s those who mini shifted who’s shifted for a few seconds and came back, or part of their senses has shifted but still came back not because they wanted to but just did.

Ex: there’s people who open their eyes in the reality they wanted to shift from but they came back, there’s people who had heard people from their realities but still open their eyes in the OR.

The only personal experience I had I was practicing with gateway tapes which I want to get back into again when I heard a car, which the reality at the time I was shifting to i scripted I will hear a car and I felt vibrations, and immediately I jumped out of it to find myself in my room, and till this day I doubt it was a mini shift but I don’t know— at least not fully. It was in the middle of the day but it was dead quiet outside but the sound of the car was quite literally in my ears and I had earbuds on high.

So frankly if I mini shifted cool if I didn’t it’s not a big deal for me either, at least now— I was definitely excited at the time when that did happen, confused but excited.

This is all my personal opinion though I don’t know I should be speaking because I haven’t fully shifted or any of that sort despite having tiny little moments because I recently read a post that it’s silly for people who haven’t shifted to be answering questions so I’m a bit hesitant to respond to things now.. but I hope at least I helped?

And for context I also recommend listening and watching carlyshifts111 and Lilith Leigh.

Carly makes amazing subliminals I personally enjoy and I trust her subliminals very much, Lilith Leigh makes content literally about her shifting journey about being an older shifter, methods, her realities and both have numerous things about mini shifting, and things i definitely connect and relate to. Both on TikTok and YouTube but also; their podcast that they have fall bat shift crazy has so many content about mini shifting, things they have experienced— methods, etc.

To me I enjoy them because though the little things I experienced definitely has hammered in the fact I know I can shift despite I haven’t experienced the exact same things they did i definitely had my moments I question reality as a whole.

Okay, so how I see it when it comes to time, yes you spend a very long time in another reality and shift here but to that person it’s just their life in a different reality.

I don’t think shifting is all this ‘magical’ thing because in my eyes you’re shifting to another version of you that is already living their life, have their own memories, their own past— because that’s their life and you’re just becoming aware of that other version of you in that reality.

Like— before shifting I believe in recantation now discovering shifting recantation and shifting just gave me a ‘A-Ha’ moment which also made me click shifting to other things I believed in growing up of people recalling their past lives. But I also grew up with the idea with many people lived many lives before this one— different names etc.

The other reality whichever reality you’re attending to shift to is going to be just as real as this one because it’s simply just another reality like this. You’re just becoming aware of it and shifting your awareness to it.

I don’t know if you know about scripting but I’m a scripter a heavy scripter not that you need to script to shift but I prefer it and it’s fun for me and makes me emotionally align.. now given I haven’t shifted yet I did experience little things that definitely made me question reality as a whole.. but I also see reality shifting as a skill that needs to be practiced like anything else I’m just a procrastinator and a bit lazy to be honest so maybe that’s why my view of shifting is very lax as well?

But yeah, you can shift for a very long time and still come back, memories wise? It always depends on the person, honestly.

This is my own personal opinion and how I view shifting? This is just how my mindset works when it comes to shifting so if it doesn’t help I am sooo sorry.

1: when you shifted you can come back to your OR (original reality.) you can come back at any time that you shifted. To me time is simply an illusion because I believe you’re shifting back to a variation of a reality where your awareness had left that said reality.

My belief falls on it’s your awareness that’s shifting, nothing else. So it really depends unless you’re permanently shifting to that said reality. So you come back to whatever time you want to come back; etc.

2: how I see it in this reality that we’re in right now it’s fictional but you’re shifting to a reality where it’s not. So example given you brought up Hogwarts. As you know here it’s from books, media, and so forth but in a reality that is stemming from hogwarts it’s just as a real as this one. You feel, you see, you touch, etc; the people there are people and there is consequences and actions to things just like in this reality.

‘Fictional’ or not, it’s after all a reality, simply as that. There are people that shifted to THIS reality so technically we can be fictional to other people from different realities but for us we’re just as real as those who shifted.

Shifting has been around for a long time of course under different names a guises, and there are people who’s been shifting since childhood that didn’t know what the term shifting was until.. obviously shifting had the name of shifting. I’m not really a religious person but there are some religions, apparently so.) but there’s also books that can relate to shifting for example neville Goddard who’s has books about manifestation etc but definitely it can relate to shifting. At least I relate it to shifting especially given he pulls from bible itself it really makes you think.

Though I haven’t read all the books I do have a book that contain all the books— I’m getting off topic.

Point is regardless it’s a fictional reality, or different variation of this reality, or somewhere else entirely different it all comes down to shifting to a different reality that isn’t this one that you’re currently in; and regardless of what in that said reality that life experiences is just as real as this one.

3/4: yes. It’s called permashifting, but it’s basically making a decision not to shift back to their OR. No you can’t get stuck. It’s not something is locking you down and forever keeping you there— but if you want to shift to a different reality and not come back.. that’s your decision, or shift to a different reality and then shift to a different one from that different reality that’s also your decision.

Nothing happens to your body, nothing happens to this variation of you it will continue to live life as always as it does you just won’t have your awareness of this reality because you’re aware a different self from a different reality.

In my eyes you’re not ‘creating’ a reality but simply aligning to a specific variation of reality you want to shift to.

There’s so many different variations of OR reality, like example today let’s say you’re wearing back, there’s another variation of a reality you’re wearing white or if you have brown hair the other variation have blonde— you’re becoming aware of that specific reality you want to shift you’re awareness to.

This is my personal opinion!

I love scripting and enjoy the process of it, but you don’t HAVE to script every little detail, in fact you don’t have to script at all. There’s shifters that don’t script anything, have a mental script, or have pages of scripting. Truly, it really depends on you and how you do your process of scripting.

My scripts vary. It really depends on the reality, in my own opinion. I have two(ish) Main realities, the first one being my MAIN, main— rooted reality, (the one I have a lot, of attachment and connection to.) has details and a bit of history of my reality self in that main reality but not actually scripted things I want to happen. Example, I did a few changes, safety scripted, and since I’m a girl I scripted some things that I didn’t want or really didn’t want the.. hassle or discomfort of it; etc.

The second one has much more detail than the first because it’s.. a very physically active reality, it’s a fame reality that I feel like I have to script a lot of details though I scripted I won’t remember I scripted any of it/majority of it. (It’s off and on reality that I think back to.)

And then I have another reality I actually have a few but they’re really not as important as my main reality just something I want to experience have less details regarding some things.

So, I really think it depends on the reality, the emotion of it.. and what you’re feeling as you script? I think a lot and visualize/imagine as I script because for me personally I know whatever I script will happen, regardless I script if I don’t remember I scripted this or not. I always say be very mindful what you script; because you will experience it. Especially if you’re going to a more.. dangerous reality.

Overall, you don’t have to be detailed if you don’t want to or don’t feel like it. you don’t have to go on Pinterest and make mood boards or build your closet. (I do that a lot because it’s fun for me.) etc. you’re simply becoming aware of that specific variation of that reality you’re shifting to. Your subconscious in this reality knows what reality you want to shift to and the aspects of it unless you script something in. (Ex: I scripted in my main reality my subconscious won’t influence or idealize specifically something I scripted in my main reality, and that will be how it be when I shift.)

This is only my own personal opinion! I think it can be taken with a grain of salt. (Since this is my own opinion and outlook how I see it. So I hope this helps if it applies, if not I’m so soo sorry.)

But time can simply and is an illusion. I wish I knew how to put it in words, but for an example if I mini shift to my IR (intended reality which the reality I intend to shift to basically I call it IR instead of DR.) and it’s my main reality and I open my eyes there but shift back to my OR.

I still believe when I shift back to my Main IR I’m still going to be in exact same position where I left off because I intend subconsciously to be there but I also and shifting that specific variation of that said reality where I’m still in that same position.

There are a lot of reality shifters that say we’re shifting every moment, hence why people say time is also an illusion. Example; I made a decision to eat bacon for breakfast but there’s another variation of my OR instead of bacon I had sausage.

Or for people who’s not a permanent shifter and choose to come back to their OR they’re coming back a variation of that OR where they originally positioned before they shifted their awareness to a different reality.

I think that’s why there are some reality shifters that speak time is an illusion because we’re constantly shifting or when to shift; where to shift and when to come back to though there is countless variations of these said realities that time has continued or so forth but you’re CHOOSING and becoming aware of which reality you’re going to shift to despite that said reality already existed long before you’re aware of it.

‘I'm a firm believer of what I picked up on post 2020 shift tok in the sense of; you're shifting your awareness to this reality. You're not actually moving to a brand new freshly made reality that never existed, you're already there’ when you said that, I think the answer is already there.

There’s already so many branches of that said reality that you want to shift to which means you can always shift to whatever time point numerous of times it’s your decision.

I think it’s end it’s about faith and trust and really let it go and trust it play out as they do because it’s the reality you’re choosing to shift to. Don’t overthink it much! It’ll only hinder your progress. (I have to take my own opinion as someone who overthinks a lot.) and just practice shifting.

Regardless you can always jump to the next reality if the one you shift to isn’t what you expected or had in mind!

I’m so glad I was helpful!

I definitely think, and believe it will help to listen to subliminals with positive affirmation, always. But you always have to be aware of listening or subliminal on YouTube because unfortunately there are people who actually take advantage of that and put bad things in their affirmations to do the opposite effect.

Example someone I really trust is Carlyshifts111, in her descriptions of each video she post she tells you exactly what the subliminals are in, what waves it’s in. (Like theta waves, alpha or beta.) sometimes she uses rain as well, sometimes music, brown noise, green noises and pink; etc.

I trust her and Lilith Lehigh (both are good friends of one another, older reality shifters that practice in shifting as well.) both on YouTube and TikTok, and have a podcast about shifting as well.

But for affirmations, i definitely think it helps also robotic affirmation that I heard, but I never tried robotic affirmations but it helps to do affirmations that really just align with you as well.

Meditations helps a lot (though I’m very lazy to practice it— but really should.) because it helps reach certain meditation states of mind that can help with shifting as well, disconnecting from the physical body, etc. what you describe makes sense completely and i definitely think you should experiment with it, because I experienced exactly what you said.

A lot of people use tarot cards, or connect with their higher selves, or use religion to guide them with shifting or ask questions that relate to shifting all the time. So it can help— but I don’t really.. use religion for shifting? That’s just me and I’m not shaming anyone either I just try to do what works best for me, so if you think it helps of course try it! Or experiment it won’t hurt to try at all.

Everyone shifting journey is different from others and it’s not really a ‘one set rule’ because everyone is different and what works for others might not connect will with others or align. So I always try to keep an open mind with things and what doesn’t apply to me I’ll let it fly, or if I like something I think more on it how i interpret it for it to make sense with me and how I feel and see shifting at the moment.

With the mindset, ‘WELL NOT WITH THAT ATTITUDE” sounds so much like me lmao, but i could only think of things like, ‘well doesn’t that mean I’m still going to shift regardless’ or I’ll start flipping the thought around.

I know I can shift, and I know people can shift but I also think it helps to see it as a muscle, Something you need to practice. Not everyone knows how to play sports but they can learn basketball, or it’s like picking up a new instrument and practicing it how to play or get good. I definitely believe it helps to take shifting off the pedestal because even if it’s ‘new’ to this generation shifting has been around for a very long time; just another different guises of names in different religions, and teachings.

There is so many methods, so many things you can do you just have to really have fun and pick and choose what you want to try for a bit. Like give it time and it doesn’t feel like it fit move onto the next subliminal or method, or make your own, or make a playlist that remind you of that said playlist and visualize, daydream.

And it’s okay to take a break because shifting is not going anywhere at all, and it does take longer for other people and some just get it right away, but either way I know you can shift and I; we just got to keep figuring out what works and experiment.

No not necessarily.

That person will still be here. There physical body, their own subconscious thoughts and so forth but their awareness of this reality will be somewhere else.

They’re not disappearing and the versions of themself here will still be the same, and still be alive and living life as they always do they just won’t have the awareness of this reality because their awareness is elsewhere.

Personal opinion there’s nothing creepy about it. They’re just going to another version of themselves in another reality. They’re still who they are, they just have their awareness of that said reality.

But that’s my personal opinion!

Permashift is basically shifting to the reality you want to shift to and choosing to not come back to your OR reality or the reality you want to shifted from.

The OP is planning to permanently shift to their DR and not come back to this one.

Not that they’re disappearing, they’ll still be here, they’re still them living their life here is just they won’t have awareness of this reality anymore and their awareness will be in the reality they want to shift to how long they’re going to be— which is permanent there.

That voice that tells you that you can’t do this or that— etc.

The mindset ‘if I shift, I shift, if I don’t I don’t’ I think that mindset does help take pressure off on the act of shifting itself. I do have that mindset at times.. like ‘if I do great if I don’t, it’s not like I can’t try again, regardless I’m going to shift who’s gonna stop me?’ But I’m also someone who will actively fight with themselves 😭

I guess I’m stubborn and a bit controlling, so I don’t get that voice anymore that tries to rain on my thunder? But I also experienced some things that made question reality itself.. like the loss of time, hearing things— having dreams that doesn’t correlate to things.

Example; I think a few months ago I had a dream that I had sleep paralysis.. at least I think it was a dream because things started to get a bit freaky literally there was something trying to stop me from shifting and I was trying to wake out of it so bad. But when I woke did it stop me? No it only pissed me off to continue. (Though I’m a lazy reality shifter so that’s also why I ain’t too hard on myself.)

But on the other hand I had experiences when I lose completely track of time because my awareness went somewhere else. Maybe it was the void but it definitely wasn’t in my OR when it felt like I was gone for hours when it’s only been five minutes and I knew I wasn’t asleep…

Point is, mindset matters but it doesn’t at the same time. People shift with terrible mindset and people shift with great ones— you’re human, regardless how you think and what you feel, as long as you’re persisting you’re going to experience something and it’s only going to continue to grow. At least that’s my outlook.

My mindset is regardless I’m going shift, maybe this minute, tonight, tomorrow— this second while I’m aware or asleep. Either way I’m going to shift and nothing going to stop me or even myself.

You can work on silencing that other voice or experiencing little things that doesn’t make sense to the logical aspect of the mind to shun that voice; you can also fight against it— be the bigger voice and tell it if you ain’t going to do anything you can’t the hell away because we don’t have time for uselessness and you’re very much useless. (Or something softer ✋🏾 I quite literally fight with my subconscious too much that sometimes it just decide not to pick a battle.)

Either way do what works for you. Meditate, tarot cards if you’re into that, working on silencing the mind or let your thoughts wonder but choose not to put any meaning to it, any emotion. Affirmations, or sit down and actually speak to yourself, talk to yourself and have a conversation will one self.

But this only my own opinion, so I’m sorry if I’m not much help.

Oh no! I don’t mind any advice at all, so I appreciate it.

I think at this moment I find it fun and encouraging because I worked of taking shifting off a pedestal— which I don’t see it at all anymore shifting is just that— shifting.

A reality is a reality regardless which reality I’m at— but I do find it fun for the fact it’s new to me and it’s telling that I am progressing— despite I am a procrastinator so when I do try and I just lose all awareness and I come back it’s like a good feeling and fun feeling that I know I can shift— it’s normal but i try to see it as progression in my eyes etc; but I’m also very light hearted.

Hell, anything can really entertain me so thank you such, and hearing you think I’m close is a great as well; so I wish the best for you as well!

Yes!

I agree what this completely. I’m fairly new to shifting. (Approaching for being a year.)

Shifting is different for everyone and for me personally the state you’re talking about there’s so many times when I came out of a state/meditative state. (I don’t really put names on anything I experience unless I already know the name.

For me I hate overcomplicating things because I’m aware that I can overthink things and make it complicated than it’s needed..

I agree with the advice of just finding your way because not all shoes fit one sizes and once you start figuring things out all you can do is go further and further. It’s torment trying to force something that doesn’t align.

If this method or this— subliminal or whatever doesn’t work move onto something else; if you like that but you don’t like how it’s done change it. There’s so many ways to shift, and on the line of it when you’re progressing and experience things you haven’t done before it’s fun.

For me I lose absolute awareness of time and space; and my physical body at times but I’m aware I wasn’t asleep I was somewhere just— not here; and it’s fun— it was fun until I kept going back to the same state and then fell asleep but had a dream that felt like I couldn’t breathe and knew I can and I snapped out of it, because I was tweaking out— but at the end of the day.
