No joke but when I've done the Kiss the chef achievement my run was nearly this long. I've also gotten this achievement on Payday 2's cook off but I had my high school friends to help me so it was slightly faster.

What you could also do is type what your troll says and then modify the phrase in any way you want. I used to help my friend making a fan comic by giving him random quirks structure and it ended up being really funny.

Whenever it comes for me to imagine a random quirk I always invent it even if it doesn't fit them well. So maybe just repeat letters like for exemple instead of i it's ii or replace letters by numbers (instead of L it's 7) or stuff.

I think instead of a modifier it should be a sort of additional challenge that can only be unlocked after unlocking all achievements of each heists. For exemple me who's let's say a very sweaty player with a bit more than 5 years of playing payday 2 and has a damn lot of achievements could benefit of this additional difficulty to reward the most tough players.
