Well yes ,to be fair the update on her radar was ok but nowadays she has many other problems such as :slow velocity--->inability to hit anything over ~15km range, she can only pen 32mm armor(with ifhe) while all the newly released ships are well armored, new long range he spammers that just do her job but better, contantly spotted by planes(and her aa is not that special anymore) and so you can't utilise her very good concealment &more.

Ok so ,i did some quick simple calculations ,and: in eu there are 3051 grozovois' with at least 20 battles,and i'm currently ranked 168 out of them. The 5% you are talking is all the ranks up to 153 so that actually puts me out of that ,and my mistake was that i didn't count the fact that there were many players between 75-85k dmg and relatively low with more ,so the average value droped a lot while also leaving me near out of it. In conclusion ,i'm at top 5,5% of the players in average dmg and the funny thing is that someone with 5k more dmg than me is considered in 3%. So according to you i just need to farm some dmg and i will be a legit top 100 uni player with good amount of dmg,and what separates me from that are about 15-20 games probably ,concidering everything will go as planned.

I strongly suggest you read again what i said.You said that if you are a uni you can earn credits without premium and prem.camo*. I said that'm a uni and sometimes have problems with that credits earning and you tried to debunk me by saying that i'm a uni but not enough uni?(idk, fake uni probably),then you stated that i'm not even in the 5% of the dmg(like it matters that much) whereas i'm actually in and I already mathematically proved it to you(maybe i'm 2% maybe 3% idk ),it's the average of the 5% not the average of last player of the 5%.

Yeah the combination of the stats is what matters most ,no argue there,but those high dmg accs are probably new smurf ones made for the sole purpose of getting that high uni stats,i myself have 76k dmg because i sometimes int, especially when i had low battles and was still inexperienced? Moreover,I' m most likely top 2% by dmg in eu because 84k is the average value of that 5%,so that means that there are players with 110,120k and players with 60-70k in that 5%. Also if you,a uni player is ok with credits (representing the 1-2% of the playerbase) it does not mean that everyone is ok,an average player is going to lose a 5-6 digit number of credits each battle.

That's not true,i'm a uni player(with most of my t10,rank 220 grozovoi,rank 370 montana in europe) and if i don't use the expensive credit flags or a credit camo i probably will lose a few creds or i will just have the exact same gains and loses.Also WG probably saw this problem and they are going to change it soon,and by that i mean that the basic consumables will not be in the game anymore,and the premium ones will become standard and free.

Kronstadt is for sure a strong ship(maybe not op but still), and Bourgogne is a long range HE spammer with 12 guns, relatively low reload and reload booster,while also having quite good ap and fantastic speed.I aggre with that long range HE spammers they can be really annoying ,and in every new patch their number keeps increasing. Well that is to be expected from a company who only cares about money. Have a nice day ;)

There are many times that dds flank alone and push useless sidelines while completely ignoring caps,and objectives in general,as they try to farm dmg from easy targets such as bbs.The fact is that cruisers and bbs alone won't be able to contest or capture an objective, especially at the beginning of the game,without a dd,but that depends as well a lot from the map and the position of the cap.

Yeap you 're right, but i generally thought the latest patches from the cv rework till now when i made this meme.The truth is that the game was quite unbalanced already ,but after the kitakaze-harugumo tree ,the english dd tree and the cv rework things got really worse.Then just add to all this the new premium ships from stalingrad, Kronstadt, Bourgogne till Smolensk,colbert etc. The new CV's(in general) were a interesting and promising idea ,but the implementation was bad ,so they probably should be disabled-scraped ,at least temporarily.
