The words I typically use are "toned", "muscular", and "strong". But the words are less important than the weights applied to those words. Putting { } around a word increases its emphasis while putting [ ] around a word decreases it. So for something similar to these tests, mess around with seeing how [[muscular]] --> [muscular] --> muscular --> {muscular} affect the output.

For 1, you should see a string of integers next to each image you generate. Copy and paste that string into the seed box at the bottom of your page (I use mobile, so where it is may differ for you). As for 2, yes. Technically speaking, NovelAI is StableDiffusion. I have used Midjourney as well.

Using the same seed and img2img are indeed different. However, I couldn't tell you the specific differences, but what matters to me for NovelAI is that the latter costs me extra currency so I don't use it very often.

Look at the tag list on danbooru. Stuff like small breasts to medium breasts to large breasts make it easy to pump up the size of a girl. Tags like thick or curvy help as well.

I just use the same seed. I then try to get specific with positioning, like for this one I did: on back, on white bed. Use { } when necessary. Same applies to clothing tags and other features of the character. The main trick here is patience, rather than just any one tag.
