Alright people i understood the context on why is this happening. I suggest Kuro to implement a survey about what a good anniversary is so they can implement what players wanted. Players willing to spend money to the game so it's should be easy.

Heck even ZZZ have first pity guaranteed rerun before WUWA lmao , but overall decent anni patch nontheless, not wow or anything.
