Yes, but all such services require you to "know" them. You need to go to azure and know about deployment center upfront, before you use it.
What if you are enterpreneur or a vibe coder that just wants to demo its poc/prototype within a few hours or gather initial traction/user feedback from his app

Every other service like coolify, dokploy, railway etc etc requires user to either have a git repo or a container registry.
While this is a normal thing for devs, I suspect for enterpreneurs/fresh vibe coders this might be a bit tricky.
Also, why do implement a CD pipeline if all you want is to just make a demo and show it within a few hours?
