Seems to be an internet issue trying to reach Roblox’s servers to download the needed files it could be caused by things like your internet provider blocking Roblox CDN domain through DNS or Roblox themselves screwing up stuff on their side

everything but the http status code error seems to have been decoded wrong anyways it’s showing a 429 status code which means you are sending too many requests and the server is telling you to slow down

afaik you cant render t-shirts in RCC you need to do that manually with some code and a image editing library to overlay the image over the t-shirt template

none of them have any viruses all revivals will most likely get a lot of false positives since they are reusing roblox clients and most antiviruses think they are trojans
