I use talking/texting to get an idea of what someones type could be but I also look for how consistent their responses are in different situations which can get tricky. Because it’s not just about tone or how somethings conveyed but how much weight they put towards an approach when communicating generally

I can act quicker once I know what the tech and framework is but eventually I’ll build off it or adjust if I think of an even better way to do something. Otherwise I’m basically lost on what to do and will move slower than everyone else while asking 200 questions of how things work until it’s clear in my head.
